Will a conversion void compatibility with OEM spares?
The scope is defined so that unconverted subsystems continue to use their normal spares. For the converted subsystem, we document the parts used so future maintenance does not depend on guesswork.
How is a doffer or APRO doff conversion scoped?
Against the actual machine. Model name alone is not sufficient because many installed cards carry earlier modifications. We confirm dimensions and drive details from the machine or clear photos before quoting scope and downtime.
