A cam-driven oscillating fillet-bar kit that continuously removes flat strips from flat tops and directs them to the waste suction hood—reducing manual intervention and stabilizing flat cleanliness on selected Rietr card models.
Certain Rieter card models use a cyclo-drive flat stripping media that is no longer actively supported and can be difficult to maintain in stable working condition. When flat strip removal becomes inconsistent, flat tops progressively load up and carding behaviour begins to drift.
The Flat Strip Removal Kit is a replacement concept built around an oscillating fillet-bar cleaning media driven by a cam taken from the main cylinder. It is engineered to remove flat strips reliably and direct them to the waste collection suction hood through a simple, controlled flow path.
This kit is supplied only for selected Rietr card models: RC4, RC10, RC50, RC51. Suitability is confirmed during RFQ based on machine configuration and current stripping arrangement.
This conversion is supplied through a technical RFQ process. The objective is stable functional strip removal—not cosmetic modification.
